Abstract :
We develop an analytical model describing the field effect on the dark conductivity in positionally and energetically random hopping systems at finite temperatures. It is shown that under these conditions the conductivity obeys Mott´s law provided the conventional temperature is replaced by an effective field-dependent temperature
