Abstract :
Human errors which have been affecting safety accidents are one of the main reasons in coal mine. So these Accidents can be pre vented and reduced through analyzing human errors affecting factors. This paper has made elaborate analysis of the relative affecting factors which cause human errors through applying the Gray Relational Theory in coal mine accidents. Based upon this specific analysis, by comparing statistics data of affecting factors to mine accidents, a relevant reliability analysis method has been come up with in this paper. Based on the analyzing results, the key factors, which affect human errors, are ordered according to their importance. Finally, the corresponding method is put forwards to reduce human errors in coal mine accidents according to the analyzing result.
