Abstract
The evolution of system testing at DSC Communication Corp. is traced. This testing has resulted in the current concept of partnership testing. The benefits realized by using this testing approach are addressed. It is shown that partnership testing is a logical outgrowth of DSC´s concern for quality and interest in its customers. Participation in partnership testing demonstrates both partners´ commitment to a long term, growing relationship and creates feelings of trust and goodwill with customers. DSC experts improved quality benefits for the customer from this program
