Abstract :
The performance of the hydraulic piloted manipulation circuit has an important influence on the whole hydraulic system´s characteristics. Simulation investigation on a hydraulic piloted control circuit based on AMESIM is carried out in the paper with consideration of the pressure reducing pilot valve´s structure parameters, and then a test rig is established to study the characteristics of the circuit, experiment and simulation results are analyzed and discussed, the results show good effectiveness and validation of the simulation method.
