  • Abstract
    Some issues related to features of construction of the laboratory breadboard of the multilevel VSI, based on the switches-capacitors cells, are considered. In particular, a power supply circuit of switches drivers and a principle of implementation of PLD-based through currents protection are described. The breadboard can be used both in educational, and in the research and development purposes, and will allow to study load and control characteristics and the current loading of switches of the inverter at various load and control parameters. Further by means of such breadboard in a three-phase variant the research of the basic performances of the system the multilevel inverter - the cage rotor induction motor is supposed.
