Abstract :
In this paper, we has proposed E-band(71-76GHz and 81-86GHz) transceiver module for Gbps wireless point-to-point(P2P) link system. For wideband operating characteristic of transceiver, medium power amplifier(MPA), which has wide operating range up to 15GHz, has been designed and fabricated. And, for easy LO generation, Sub-harmonically pumped(SHP) mixer also has been designed and fabricated. The measured results of implemented transceiver are transmitter conversion gain of typical 20dB, receiver conversion gain of typical -3dB, output PldB of > +10dBm noise figure of <; 9dB, and phase noise of -109dBc/Hz @100KHz with +6dBm output power.
