Abstract
Observation of individual supramolecules by the use of a dark-field light microscope with a high-intensity arc lamp is reported. By this method, the dynamic characteristics of supramolecules, including morphological transformations and processes of structure formation, have been investigated extensively. Transformation results for two supramolecules, bacterial flagella and liposomes, are briefly reviewed
