  • Abstract
    According to the requirement of ship rust, an ultra-high pressure water jet ship rust equipment is designed. The equipment is composed mainly of ultra-high pressure pump unit, vacuum recover system, wall climbing robot and electric control system. The principle of jet derusting and factors that affects rust effect is analyzed theoretically and rust renderings under different jet pressure are attained through experiment, providing some theoretical bases to the study of water jet ship rust.
