Abstract
Many of the problems faced by the medical staff in their specialties could be reduced with the help of a multidisciplinary approach, involving areas of information technology, as pervasive systems, mobile systems and computer networks, based on unisual computing techniques. The registry of information on the patients bedside, helping to reduce service time, in a clear example of the use of these tools. This is the first experience in Brazil regarding the implementation of an openEHR-based pervasive HIS for primary care in a SUS unit. This pioneer project can be a reference to further implementations and scientific studies.
