Abstract
This paper establishes the CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics)model of the Servo valve, and computes the velocity field of internal flow field in the spool valve of the servo valve under the different work pressures, different work temperatures and different opening lengths. By analyzing the flow coefficient of the orifice of the servo spool valve at the different work conditions, we further research the influence rule of the opening of the orifice, the flow direction, the valve ports shape, the valve inlet pressure, and oil temperature on the flow coefficient.
