Abstract :
Electromagnetic reversing cartridge valve is widely used in high pressure and large flow hydraulic systems, and its switching characteristics influences the rapidity and stability of the system directly. Based on the mathematical model of the electromagnetic reversing cartridge valve, by the way of simulation and experiment, the result is that there is the discrepancy in time when the values open or close. Spring stiffness of the main valve, fluid resistance R, system pressure, characteristics of external load and so on, have comparatively large effect on the switching characteristics of the value and the effect rules are given, which lay a theoretical foundation for the rational application of electromagnetic reversing cartridge valve.
