Abstract :
Wei2 block of Chian Oilfield is deposited by Fluvial delta which have three major depositional microfacies: distributary channel, mouth bar and sheet sand. Through more than 10 years´ development, the underground reservoir is complex and takes on some acute contradictions. Thus it is an emphasis to build a fine reservoir model for the modern reservoir management. The fundamental work which it needs to do is to study the microfacies, it can show us a precise distribution and tendency of the sand. The paper mainly detailedly characterise the microfacies, that can clarify the reservoir properties. As limited knowledge about reservoir geometries is available, variogram based on stochastic modeling is an appropriate method to obtain a real geological body.
