  • Abstract
In this paper, based on the theory of two-dimensional (2-D) orthogonal polynomials, the function of dynamic load is fit by using the primary functions. The fitting coefficients are identified through finite element analysis. The identification method of distributed dynamic load is found. Space mapping is used to reduces the dimension of the model, while the box-structure which bears the distributed load, from 3-D to 2-D. Then the load can be identified by the theory of 2-D orthogonal polynomials, and finally those identified load can be re-mapped to the real case in 3-D. The simulation results show that the method is simple, effective and precise as long as enough data of feedback points are collected.
