Abstract
Provides an overview of initial progress with developing command and control applications using a commercially available ICASE toolset based on the information engineering methodology. The authors have included basic introductory sections on software engineering and information engineering as well as an overview of the Information Engineering Facility. Finally, they discuss their developments to date and describe their proposed command and control prototype
