  • Abstract
    The rapid development of the networking has provided the safeguard and vigor for the logistics model. A new logistics way-The fourth party logistics(4PL) comes into being. The 4PL is providing an integration platform for the management, IT and any other logistics information which takes the third-party logistics as foundation. The 4PL is not a single enterprise but an enterprises group aggregated by a lot of relative enterprises. Each enterprise of this group must collaborative with each other. This paper not only presents a function model of collaborative information systems but also studies the key technologies and solution to realize the model. The model´s realization can partially solve the ”work cooperation”, “information cooperation”, ”resource cooperation”. The establishment of a collaborative information system of 4PL has a positive effect for modern logistics enterprises to improve competitiveness and economic efficiency.
