This paper will be the characteristics of human resource management outsourcing factors were analyzed quantitatively, and a trial use of BP neural network model theory, to borrow Matlab neural network toolbox to build the human resources management outsourcing decision-making model. The simulation results show that decision-making model is satisfactory and thus proving the model feasible and effective. And it shows that the model can help companies to do more scientific human resource management outsourcing decision-making.
