Abstract :
This paper deals with the study of modeling and prediction of the contamination in the traveling hydraulic circuit of the construction machinery. Using the number of instantaneous contamination particles as contamination transfer characteristic, the author has established the contamination model of typical traveling hydraulic system of the construction machinery. Then, a kind of method based on Kalman filtering is applied to predict system contamination condition. A numerical example to show the effectiveness of the predictive method is provided.
