Abstract
The conventionally processable low dielectric constant polymers benzocyclobutene (BCB) and perfluorocyclobutene (PFCB) show excellent charge storage capability, comparable to the members of the Teflon family. BCB and PFCB exhibit remarkable stability regarding negative and positive charging. Similarities and differences of these new charge electrets to the Teflon family are discussed
