Abstract :
Today, It is very important for large state-owned enterprise to control information resources talent scaling in human resource strategy. With the demands and characteristics of the enterprise information resource management, the paper establishes and analyzes gray talent train model of information resource management for large state-owned enterprise by gray system theories and models, Which. can forecast the scale of information resources management efficaciously From data table of talents scale of information resource management of large state-owned enterprise from 1995 to 2008. The model would realize the optimization of talent of information resource management.
