  • Abstract
    In this paper, we propose a new image quality evaluation method, which is based on wavelet frequency sensitivity model and spatial non-uniform resolution sensitivity model with multiple region-of-interest. The visual quality index is given using probability summation model with weighted visual error factors. Experiments on the video database have shown that the proposed method can achieve very good correlation with subjective evaluation.
