Abstract :
This paper intends to improve the uneven luminance and image defect phenomena due to the higher scan rate in the LEDs array flat display system. A flexible digital controller is proposed to overcome the following two issues. One is the improvement of image defect by using interlaced scan under the high frequency scan rate for the power transistors in the driver circuit. The other is the voltage compensation for the uneven luminance due to the loading effect in the driver circuit. An image defect followed by the increasing scan rate is a critical problem which is an obstruction for the next generation display development.
