Abstract :
Thermally stimulated polarization and depolarization current technique was used to monitor (in the temperature range of 100÷450 K) the dielectric relaxation of Czochralski´s-grown PbWO 4 single crystals containing different amount of Molybdenum. It has been found that the TSDC-spectrum of these crystals consists of two bands the position (Tm) and amplitude (Hm) of which is sensitive to the presence of the dopant and the atmosphere of both thermal treatment of samples and the experiments performed
