Abstract
This paper demonstrates the effectiveness of alleviating urban traffic problems by subway construction through system dynamics theory. By means of the profound analysis of implementation status of domestic urban subway, the factors are revealed, namely, inconvenient transfer and crowded subway, which overshadow the full play of the internal holding power and motive force of the system, then establishes feedback archetype of the two overshadowing factors. According to the management policy of eliminating the growth limit put forward by Peter M. Senge, this paper proposes three administrative countermeasures, so as to eliminate negative feedback and promote the effective role of the subway policy. Finally, carrying out the feasibility and the utility analysis of administrative countermeasures.
