Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
In data processing, to remove the burst noise is at first, particularly for dynamic navigation data, because it has a serious effect to application of navigation information. Although there have a lot of algorithms to deal with noise, it is difficult to process the dynamic data. So the paper designed the new method based on Gray Prediction to eliminate the noise of dynamic data. Through the practice, the method proved it has a better result both accurately and expeditiously, and a small influence to original information.
