The study of resource scheduling model and application of emergency logistics in emergencies

The main point of dealing with urban emergencies is the provision of emergency materials for rescue and relief, to provide emergency materials in times would restrain the urban emergencies widen and prevent increasing losses. This paper studied on emergency materials scheduling from multi-emergency point combined with the features of emergency materials scheduling, built a multi-emergency point scheduling model of city emergency materials and give the solution. At last, it took Hanzhong, the city of Shaanxi Province as an example to analysis the scheduling plan when the disasters occur in four affected areas at the same time.
