Abstract :
This paper is about two competing supply chains´ structure decision, each of which consists of three level (manufacture-distributor- retailer). Firstly, models about two supply chains competition are established by nonlinear programming and game theory. Secondly, the optimal solution in three scenarios: pure decentralized system, pure centralized system and hybrid system is resolved. Finally, the Nash equilibrium structure is confirmed based on two decision criterions.
