Abstract

"Why our universities can not always train outstanding talents?" This is a question posed by the famous scientist Qian Xuesen, which is also a question troubled China education development. University days are the main period to train outstanding talents and the key to develop talented persons is to cultivate university men\´s scientific research ability, so scientific research team training is the best method. This article combines scientific research team training with long-term teaching course to cultivate university men\´s scientific research ability from theoretical and practical aspects.
