Research and Design of Mobile Video Recording System

As mobile device are getting smarter and more widely used, they have become a familiar tool in our environment. this paper presents the research and design of the mobile video recording system. The learning models, such as e-learning and m-learning, are involved in this system. The teaching environment, teaching resources, teaching content and student information can all be managed. Teachers can integrate the multi-media elements provided in this system in their courseware efficiently. Using 3G mobile phones or other mobile devices, students can browse and learn these course resources.
