  • Abstract
    The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of organizational factors on the success of international technology transfer (ITT) projects. To do so, three organizations involved in an ITT project are considered: the transferor, transferee, and project organizations. The results of the data from 47 ITT projects showed the significant role of transferee and project organizations in the success of ITT projects.
