After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In the article we try to define the essence and characters of the potential-transfer-trust, and analyze its risk enlarging mechanism and influence. On the above base, the paper puts forward some advices. This innovation is that the transfer-trust which is subtle and difficult to be defined in the private equity investment trusts is defined as the potential-transfer-trust for the first time in this article. The academic contribution is that the paper provides a new viewing angle and framework for the analysis of the potential-transfer-trust. The finding is that there exists the potential-transfer-trust in private equity investment trust business, and it can translate risk for the trust, but it will finally damage the interest of the investor and the trust itself, so it is imperative to define and manage it.
