  • Abstract
    This paper describes an innovative solution to perform mouse functionality ("navigation\´) and image reconstruction ("scanning\´). The application uses a predictive block-matching motion estimation algorithm and an optical or capacitive sensor. Results show this solution provides integrated mouse and scanner functionality at a very low cost.
