TMT strategic cognitive ability largely determines the corporate strategic performance. It is the core concern of UET to improve TMT strategic cognitive ability and team performance. This paper integrated the core competence theory of the corporate and the SECI model into TMT strategic cognitive system, and proposed TMT strategic cognitive system model based on the amendments and additions to SECI model. Finally the feasible measures to enhance TMT strategic cognitive ability were proposed.
