Abstract :
We obtain the sample data through the questionnaire survey method based on the xi´an high-tech development zone 115 enterprises as samples, explore the relationship between the relational governance of members based on resources dependence and core enterprise formation in technology innovation networks. After reviewing the basis of related literatures, we consider that relational governance and core enterprise formation is not two separate governance mode, but a continuous process, relational governance promotes the core enterprise formation. Relational governance has existed since technology innovation network is forming, and is not happened after the core enterprise appears, member enterprises choose relational governance mode with others according to their own resources, and the essential nature of the relation is competition and cooperation. Relational governance of enterprise is spontaneous, and not dominant by the core enterprise. Only enterprise that is high in relational governance efficiency in the network will be more likely to become the core enterprise. Based on this, our research purpose is: (a) High degree of resource dependence, the enterprise can choose cooperation relational governance mode; Low degree of resource dependence, the enterprise can choose competitive relational governance mode. (2) We put forward two forming paths of core enterprise, relational governance can promote the core enterprise formation, and heterogeneous resources also can promote the core enterprise formation. Finally, we summarize the theoretical and realistic significance of proposed model.
