Abstract
As a result of the advent of new economy and the explosion Internet, more and more companies are embarking on e-commerce to stay competitive both locally and globally. This study compares three market-making models of Vertical Hub for Malaysian Electronics SMI sector. The primary data was collected via mail survey. This research found that the nature of transactions and business arrangements in the Malaysian Electronics SMI sector best suited the exchange model of the Vertical Hub. The results of this study have also both theoretical and practical implications.
