Abstract :
A race-track ring resonator with a 600 mum diameter and 25 GHz free spectral range is demonstrated by vertically integrating arsenic-trisulfide (As2S3) waveguides with Ti-diffused LiNbO3 waveguides. Measurements of the TM ring resonator response are presented.
