Abstract :
Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) system is an advanced and emerging system in the field of computer applications. Every day road accidents are at an increase due to drunken driving and sleepiness. This paper proposes an EEG based BCI system to sense the Oscitancy which can be due to drunkenness and sleepiness. The proposed work consists of two modules, the sensor and microprocessor module and an alarm device module. The advantages of the system are low power consumption and small volume. So, it can be applicable in real-time driving conditions.
