After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Beijing Manufacturing´s future development plan is to develop the green modern manufacturing; the modern manufacturing industry belongs to the strong dependence of external financing industry. The level of financial development in Beijing is leading the country. It is important to protect the financial system safety when the money market provides funds to the modern manufacturing. Bank should put the environmental assessment into decision-making while issuing green loans. When adopting new technology enterprises may face a high risk, uncertain operating characteristics. So this article is meant to use the real option approach to control credit risk of the modern manufacturing. In the security market, by adding the green indicator into green IPO, green bonds and other forms of direct financing to support the development of modern manufacturing.
