Abstract
We demonstrate first 640-Gbit/s (64-wavelength times 10-Gbit/s) DWDM/NRZ-DPSK optical packet switching and buffering with 200-Gchip/s PSK optical label processing for transparent optical packet switch system. Error-free (bit-error-rate<10-9) operation for all 64 DPSK payload-channels is achieved.
