To analyze the characteristic of reconfigurable resource, the model of resource and configuration of system are constructed based on the Petri nets. Moreover, the performance of manufacturing system is calculated. The planning-feasible schemes are evaluated using Rough sets considering production time, reconfigurable time, production rate and so on. The result provides support for resource reconfiguration.
