  • Abstract
    This paper proposes a novel dynamic bandwidth allocation scheme with fast response, which significantly reduces the processing-speed requirement of the optical line terminal. Moreover, the scheme can provide high bandwidth efficiency while ensuring a bandwidth guarantee.
