Abstract :
This paper will briefly introduce China product conformity assessment systems and current major product certifications implemented under Chinese regulations for telecom equipment, including CCC Mark Certification and Network Access License. It will focus on the uncertain aspects of the rules and challenges and issues foreign companies are facing in the efforts to get into China Market.
