  • Abstract
    In the DVB-S2, APSK modulation technique is being used. APSK needs more fast and accurate AGC because signal amplitude has information. This paper proposed the algorithm that uses the hybrid gamma-parameter for not only the high speed of convergence but also reducing the amount of jitter. In order to apply this method to system, parameter-changing-point should be found. This point depends on many factors. In this paper, the parameter-changing-point equation is induced heuristically. From the simulation results, it is found that the proposed technique satisfied the expectation
