Abstract
This paper studies the dispersive effect on slow-wave coplanar waveguide characteristic impedances when the access size varies. A comparison between measurements having the same geometric dimensions except for the accesses allows confirming that the access size and geometry is crucial for a good electrical parameter extraction, when millimeter frequencies are targeted.
