Abstract :
This paper presents influence of parameters of an open-ended coaxial probe measurement system on magnetic materials. A detailed analysis is done for magnetic fluids and solid magnetic materials. Analysis is done by full-wave model of an open-ended coaxial probe measurement system. Parameters which have influence on measured permittivity and permeability are presented and discussed.
