Abstract :
Recursive way is usually applied to Tree-building process for common ray tracing (RT) algorithm based on virtual source tree. Owing to limiting the maximum number of layer, this paper presents a new method to build tree layer by layer in cyclic way. Meanwhile, it is analogous to limit diffraction times to increase efficiency. Compared with recursive way, the process of the whole tree-building has clearly ideas and efficient efficiency. A comparison between the calculated and measured results is presented, which shows high predicting accuracy. The proposed method can satisfy the needs of the wireless network planning.
