  • Abstract
A synthesis technique for lossy or lossless resonator filters with general coupling topology and multiple input/output couplings has been developed and tested. The method is based on the minimization of the difference between the filter response and the theoretical one. Two examples of an exact and an approximate synthesis respectively shows the good performance of the proposed approach.
