Abstract :
The fuzzy control based multiple threshold channel reservation (MTCR) scheme for the integrated UTRA FDD and UTRA TDD networks is proposed in order to maintain the constant traffic performance for the different data rate services. The simulation results demonstrate that. The simulation results demonstrate that the integrated UTRA FDD/TDD networks using the fuzzy control based MTCR scheme for multiple data rate services result in the same new call blocking probability and handoff failure probability
