Abstract
Nowadays, Urban Mass Transit plays an important role in the public traffic system of the city. The stability and reliability of the network has a great influence on the development of the city. In order to improve the ability of disaster prevention and reduction of the management and operation department, so that the existing emergency preplans can adapt to the emergency response process in the background of metro network operation better, a new emergency disposal technology is needed. In this paper we designed the Beijing Urban Mass Transit Emergency Response Digital System, discussed the main function of the system and the digitization of the emergency preplan, the process of emergency alarm and emergency handling process, which has great significance to improve the level of emergency management.
