Abstract :
Scattering changes inside turbid media can be quantified using the polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography (PS-OCT) which measures the degree of circular polarization (DOCP) as a function of depth. We have tested our hypothesis using Intralipid phantoms and successfully applied this technique for diagnosis of cervical interepithelial neoplasm (CIN).
