Abstract :
Learning cloud, which is built on the capabilities of ubiquitous computing and cloud computing, can provide a resource-rich and ubiquitous learning environment for learners in daily life. The goals of this study are: (1) Developing a Learning Cloud framework for learners by using mobile devices and desktop computers, which allows learners to study related activities anytime and anywhere, to prompt their knowledge sharing, and to keep in tough with social networks, and (2) Learning Cloud is a new learning platform, and its benefits to learners have not yet been identified. There are three major findings in this study: (1) The frequency of Internet use makes a positive impact on the cognitive and affective factors of cloud computing use, (2) the levels of cloud computing use positively affects the cognitive and affective factors of learning cloud adoption for lifelong learning.
